Highlight Web Prolog predicates

Show Web Prolog-specific built-in predicate calls and predicate indicators from the manual in bold dark green.

These controls affect only the current node runtime and write through to the backend admin API immediately.

They are not persisted across node restarts. Restarting the node restores the startup options unless you change those separately.
